Topics include employment, entrepreneurship, confidence, networking, financial independence and personal development.
Every webinar creates new knowledge, new connections and new opportunities.
Pillar 3 – Coaching
Every woman’s journey is unique.
Through one-to-one coaching, trained volunteers provide practical guidance tailored to individual goals and challenges.
Coaching helps participants:

- Improve job search skills
- Prepare for interviews
- Develop business ideas
- Build confidence
- Take their next practical step
Our coaches do not make decisions for women—they empower women to make their own.
Pillar 4 – Advocacy
Lasting change requires listening.
We collect experiences from the women we support and use these insights to contribute to conversations about equal economic opportunities.
Our advocacy focuses on topics such as:
